| Product Warranty and Guarantee |
Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. warrants all of its supplies for use in photocopiers, faxes, and printers. Each product has been specifically manufactured for the use in the corresponding machines as described by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Compatible and remanufactured cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for six months from the date of purchase.
The cartridges sold by Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. are manufactured or remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, typically in ISO 9000 or 9002 certified factories, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the OEM. Customers may return any product purchased from Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. for reason of dissatisfaction of its quality or performance.
Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. also warrants that subject to the conditions stated below, and under normal use, these cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration of any compatible machine. If a defect in one of these cartridges causes a machine to fail, Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. will reimburse the customer up to $250.00 for service or repair.
This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. with satisfactory evidence that the machines failure was due to a defect in the compatible or remanufactured cartridge. The evidence will be satisfied by a written statement from an authorized service company, stating the reason for failure. This written statement must be on the authorized service company's letterhead, dated, and signed by the company's field or service Representative.
Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. liability here and there shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The tampering of any Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. cartridge by any person or persons, other than a Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. representative, voids all warranties and releases Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. from all liability. |
