All non-defective products returned will be in resalable condition, including the packaging and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Non-defective items may be returned within the warranty period.
We accept products for exchange or refund for 365 days after the date of purchase. Only unopened resalable products purchased from Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. can be returned for refund or exchange. Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. is not responsible for products sent to us that are past our warranty or not purchased from our company. |
