Privacy Notice
At Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. we are concerned about the safety of your personal information; therefore, we work hard to ensure the safety of both your information and our website. We respect and value you as a customer and a person in need of our services. All personal information submitted by you to us is used solely for purchase, processing and account maintenance purposes. If you choose a third party shipping agent like USPS or UPS, your shipping address will be provided to the appropriate carrier in a secure manner. Billing addresses and credit card information will not be forwarded to any outside shipping agent. We may send special communications to our customers via e-mail or postal mail. Product Warranty and Guarantee
Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. warrants all of its supplies for use in photocopiers, faxes, and printers. Each product has been specifically manufactured for the use in the corresponding machines as described by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Compatible and remanufactured cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for six months from the date of purchase. The sold by Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. are manufactured or remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, typically in ISO 9000 or 9002 certified factories, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the OEM. Customers may return any product purchased from Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. for reason of dissatisfaction of its quality or performance.
Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. also warrants that subject to the conditions stated below, and under normal use, these cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration of any compatible machine. If a defect in one of these cartridges causes a machine to fail, Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. will reimburse the customer up to $250.00 for service or repair. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. with satisfactory evidence that the machines failure was due to a defect in the compatible or remanufactured cartridge. The evidence will be satisfied by a written statement from an authorized service company, stating the reason for failure. This written statement must be on the authorized service company's letterhead, dated, and signed by the company's field or service Representative.
Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. liability here and there shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The tampering of any Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. cartridge by any person or persons, other than a Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. representative, voids all warranties and releases Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. from all liability.
Product Return Policy
It is our intention at Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. to process returns as quickly as possible. Please call Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. at 806.740.0844 or e-mail us at info@lcslubbock.com for required information. In the case of non-defective returns the procedures are the same as for defective returns. All non-defective products returned will be in resalable condition, including the packaging and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Non-defective items may be returned within the warranty (?) period. We accept products for exchange or refund for one 365 days after the date of purchase. Only unopened resalable products purchased from Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. can be returned for refund or exchange. Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. is not responsible for products sent to us that are past our warranty or not purchased from our company.
Easy Returns And Exchange Policies
If you have a defective cartridge or a if you have replace a printer, please follow these steps to ensure your request is processed quickly.
Unopened Merchandise
Unopened Merchandise may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Opened Merchandise
Remanufactured Cartridges - Opened/defective remanufactured cartridges may be returned within 365 days of the purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. If the order was placed incorrectly and the cartridges have been opened we can not accept them because they are no longer in sellable condition. Laser Toner Cartridges - Opened/defective toner cartridges may be returned within 365 days of purchase for replacement or refund of the full purchase price. If the order was placed incorrectly and the cartridges have been opened, we cannot accept them back because they are no longer in sellable condition. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges - name brand cartridges are covered by their respective manufacturers warranties. If you receive a defective item please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers’ warranty. We do not accept returns of opened OEM cartridges.
Shipping Policy
Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. will ship most orders on the next business day. We offer free shipping to the local Lubbock, Texas area and Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. will offer reasonable shipping rates to the contiguous continental United States. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will be determined by the shipping carrier your choice at the time of purchase and not by Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. Exceptions include and may not be limited to individuals or companies in the local Lubbock, Texas area.
Post Office Box Shipments
Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. does not ship to US PO boxes. Please provide a street address for all shipments. For your convenience we ship to addresses that differ from billing addresses, this applies to all individuals or companies for whom the credit card’s billing address differs from the shipping address.
APO, PO Box and International Shipments
Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. does not currently ship to APO, PO Box or International locations, individuals or services.
Payments Methods
Credit - Debit: On our Web store Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. only accepts payment from VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as VISA and MasterCard debit cards.
Purchase Orders: Laser Cartridge Systems, Inc. except all school and government purchase orders. Please include a contact person’s name, organizational name, complete phone number and e-mail so that we can send a confirmation of the order. Purchase orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours. Payment is due 30 days from the date of purchase. If you have other questions please call customer service at 806.740.0844.
Sales Tax
State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Texas.
