If you have a defective cartridge or need to replace a cartridge, please follow these steps to ensure your request is processed quickly.
UNOPENED MERCHANDISE
Unopened Merchandise may be returned within 365 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
OPENED MERCHANDISE
Remanufactured Cartridges - Opened/defective remanufactured cartridges may be returned within 365 days of the purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. If the order was placed incorrectly and the cartridges have been opened we can not accept them because they are no longer in sellable condition. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us at 806-740-0844 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Laser Toner Cartridges - Opened/defective toner cartridges may be returned within 365 days of purchase for replacement or refund of the full purchase price. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges-name brand cartridges are covered by their respective manufacturers warranties. If you receive a defective item please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers’ warranty. We do not accept returns of opened OEM cartridges. |
